Homeopathic remedies are FDA regulated and are produced in homeopathic pharmacies.
Many low-potency remedies are available over-the-counter, others are best administered by qualified, professional practitioners.
There are no known or suspected contraindications or drug interactions between homeopathic remedies and conventional medicines.
One to three doses is all that is often necessary to begin effective treatment. There is no need to repeat remedies daily unless this protocol has been recommended to you.
Classical homeopathy is built on the principle of taking one remedy at a time, thus, it is not advised to begin taking another homeopathic remedy, or combination of remedies, without consulting me.
It is also best not to begin other types of alternative practices such as acupuncture, naturopathic treatments or over-the-counter supplements until we assess the initial action of the remedy.
Remedies should be stored in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight.
Take the remedy by pouring the globules into the cap of the vial and then onto or under your tongue and let them dissolve. Avoid food, drink, toothpaste, gum, etc. for 20 minutes to 1/2 hour before and after each dose.
For babies, crush the pills between two clean teaspoons and pour the powder into their mouth.
Normal brushing and flossing with mildly flavored toothpaste is fine, however dental work can impact the efficacy of a remedy. Please let me know if you have any procedures scheduled.
To assist in your healing, it is best to avoid recreational drugs, camphor, menthol, eucalyptus and other strong smelling lotions as they can lessen the healing action of the remedy.
