One of my guiding beliefs is the importance of a fully integrated life. When we are in harmony with our physical and emotional needs, we are best able to take care of ourselves in a way that supports our bodies and facilitates health.
Although Classical Homeopathy is the cornerstone of my practice, I draw from my experience in yoga, meditation, nutrition and spirituality to move people toward their own path of healing.
My interest is in helping people to achieve the best possible experience of health and wellbeing. While homeopathic treatment is often effective in supporting the body as it deals with various imbalances, it is not always the only means to an end. That said, I work closely with medical doctors, osteopathic doctors, acupuncturists and various body workers to know how and when to refer for specialized treatment.
Because homeopathy works with the whole of the person, the potential for healing is often broader than the initial complaint for which treatment was sought… Thus, be sure to pay attention to what goes on in between visits—even if you think it may not be related. Many people find it helpful to use a journal to keep track of how they are feeling in between visits.
