The rate for an initial homeopathic consultation is $350. This rate includes the time for the initial visit as well as case study. Thirty minute follow-up appointments are $90.
Payment is due at the time of service. The client is responsible for full payment of the charges for the consultation at the time of the visit and cannot expect any insurance reimbursement. Many companies have Flex Plans, which will reimburse for homeopathic treatment.
There is no charge for a cancellation that is made 48 hours prior to an appointment or in the case of an emergency, otherwise, 50% of the fee will be due.
As a Classical Homeopath I am interested in finding the best possible remedy to treat the whole person. There are, however, times when intercurrent treatment is necessary due to acute illnesses or injuries.
Urgent issues that arise are typically handled by telephone or email in between visits. The charge for these interim evaluations is $15-50 depending on the length of the call and the time required to follow up.
I work hard to balance the needs of my clients--and my family. I ask that people try to keep routine calls within my office hours (Monday-Friday 9am-5pm) and to limit after hours and weekend calls to truly urgent situations.
We all know that ear infections and stomach viruses know no schedule, and thus, I am available for these calls on an as-needed basis. After hours and weekend calls will be billed at $35.
